Good location to everything , quite and clean .
Beds were low and uncomfortable , needed replacing.everything was low nightstand dresser even TV. Shower not so good.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
Continental breakfast is the norm these days. Even though they have coffee in the lobby, a continental breakfast would be a great add on
The guy at the check-in desk was very nice. Enjoyed bowling. Lots of towels.
Bathroom floor looked like it needed replacing, carpet was quite worn.
Definitely value for the money.
Our Bedroom and bathroom needed to be remodeled. A continental breakfast would be nice.
bowling Alley on site
Rooms need serious updating, Pool area needs a Hot Tub
room was great facility was great love the bar the pool and the bowling alley
The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. My kids enjoyed the pool.
We arrived late on a cold night and the room was very cold. The thermostat was set on 61 degrees. I appreciate energy efficiency but that's not an acceptable temperature to greet your guests with on a night in January in upstate New York. I set the unit to 68 degrees, went to bed but the room stayed cold. The unit wasn't working well and the heat was slow to rise. I jacked it up to 74 and eventually -- it took 2 hours -- the room became comfortable. Of course by the morning, I was sweaty and parched because the room was now too hot! Probably just an issue in my room and not in the entire hotel.
Great location, right in the middle of town; near restaurants and bars. Also, a about a 5 minutes drive to Howe Cavern! This hotel has a bowling alley which was a fun thing to do. Everyone is really nice and pleasant. Really pleasant atmosphere!!
The woman at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly, check in was a breeze. I ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very delicious gourmet food for a great price. The hotel is right off the highway and very affordable so was convenient for a quick stay on my way to the Fingerlakes.
I don't think they finished preparing for me- the towels were obviously clean but not folded, kind of thrown onto the rack.. And the bathroom had two squares of toilet paper left when I got there. And there were some strange guys loitering in the hallway for more than an hour.. I had a feeling they weren't guests because I never saw them go into or come out of rooms and they didn't talk, just stared as I walked by. There is a bowling alley and lounge connected to the hotel and it stays open late; the hallways aren't exactly isolated/ limited access to guests so I didn't feel the property was very secure as a solo female traveler. Also 'breakfast' is a couple gas station muffins and some apples in a bowl.
The location was awesome ! Very close to the Howe Caverns, Adventure Park and the H2OGO Ball ! That was our destination. The attached restaurant was awesome as well as the Bowling Alley !
The shower did not work, the dresser drawers and hardware were all broken, the rug had huge bleach stains and our TV had horrible reception !
The bar and bartender in the lounge. Pleasant and accomodating.
Staff was nice and helpful when asked for the most part.
Room was not cleaned everyday we were there for a week. We were gone all day and tired when we came back and two days beds were not made garbage in trash and no fresh towels.
The hotel location on the hill was beautiful. The staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and adequate, not fancy but comfortable.
I thought the price a little high for the overall experience and location.
